All About John Stiens

John Stiens is an LA based actor, voiceover artist, and comedic improviser who has been working since 2008, and is a member of  the Screen Actors Guild.

Originally from Cincinnati and an Ohio University School of Theater graduate, John cut his teeth in Chicago, performing on the famed stages of Second City, Comedy Sports, and iO Chicago. He also found his talent in Voice Over; training with local professional artists on mic technique and how to breath life into animated characters and commercial copy using only his voice.

Since moving to LA, he's performed at Impro Theater, iO West, and various other stages across the LA area. He's continued his education; studying at Kalmenson & Kalmenson, Voice Masters, and Bang Zoom Studios, taking workshops, and building relationships with Elaine Craig, Chris Faiella, Tom Keegan, Richard Tatum, Bill Farmer, Mimi Maynard, Bill Holmes, and Paulette Lifton.

Previous clients include KFC, Walmart, Goose Island Brew Company, Amazon, and Jeep. He can currently be heard in several podcasts as well, including Earbud Theater, The Hunt, and Carcerem. He can also be heard as Hushang, Anzai and several other characters in the video videogame Genshin Impact.

He is currently repped by TGMD in Los Angeles and Big Mouth Talent in Chicago.
